Net Art Anthology retells the history of net art from the 1980s to the present day. This Rhizome project is restoring and preserving some of the most important works of early online art. 

 

Old-Computers.com, "the most popular website for old computers" has archived more than 1200 computers, consoles, and software systems since 1995. 

OoCities.org is the only extant GeoCities website archive, containing sites dating from 1994 to 2009. Browse through directories of the original GeoCities neighbourhoods, which were organized by themes (SoHo was the "art and writing" area). Textfiles.com is a repository of internet text files from the 1980s and earlier, as well as an exploration of early internet culture and community. It was created in 1998 by historian and archivist Jason Scott, who now works at Internet Archive. 

Wayback Machine is an archive of more than 305 billion web pages saved over time, created and maintained by the Internet Archive team. A nonprofit that has been working to archive digital media since 1996, Internet Archive's mission is to build "a public library that can serve anyone in the world with access to the Internet."
